Jacob serves as the Lead Pastor and an Elder at Birch Ridge Community Church, providing leadership in preaching, teaching, pastoral care, and the overall spiritual direction of the church. His primary area of elder oversight is teaching and preaching, with a focus on the faithful exposition of Scripture, doctrinal clarity, and equipping the church to grow in biblical understanding and maturity. Jacob is passionate about God’s Word, discipleship, and shepherding the church toward greater faithfulness in Christ. He also works closely with the other Elders and staff to support the overall ministry, unity, and spiritual health of BRCC.

Jacob is married to his wife, Samantha, and together they have three sons.
