Mandy serves as the Children’s Ministry Director at Birch Ridge Community Church, helping lead and organize BRCC’s ministry to children. She works closely with the Family Pastor to support Sunday school, coordinate volunteers, strengthen classroom structure, and help ensure that children are taught God’s Word in a clear, engaging, and age-appropriate way.

Mandy also helps support parents and families through communication, volunteer coordination, and the ongoing development of safe, organized, and spiritually meaningful children’s ministry environments.
